Hotel a Nebraska Panhandle

“We were not satisfied with the customer service at all. The television set in our room was not working. We called the main desk, and the person was already frustrated and did not want to do his job. After explaining that our TV was not working, he came up and played with it for a little bit. He knew the TV was not working, but played along like he was trying to fix it. Then he proceeded to tell us that it should be ok not to watch TV for one night. We asked for a replacement, to which he said...

“Below knee high toilets and toilet paper not in reach was ridiculous. No elevator and having to drag your luggage upstairs is a bit much.”

“It was a clean and quiet place where we could rest and be refreshed.”

“The staff were great. So sweet! My complaint would be that the double room we stayed in had a strong smell of an unwashed older man. I did not did. The bed’s comfortable and we all were tossing throughout the night. I know that the smaller rooms are cozy and there is not a smell so I was a little surprised by that in the larger rooms.”

“The positive: Sheets and towels were clean. Room was vacuumed and overall clean AC was in good working order. Staff were friendly. The negative: Intermittent hot water issues. Screens were ripped so we couldn't open windows. There was a deoderizer placed on the AC fan that was just an awful, overpowering smell. Toilet paper dispenser was very rusty. “Good breakfast. Friendly staff willing to help. Slept great. Very quiet room.”

“Clean room except sheets had yellow stains on them. Friendly front desk folks. A/C was running when we walked in which was nice because it was a really hot day. Traveled with our two dogs. Very well maintained property. Didn’t notice a designated pet area but we found some grassy areas to use. Property is very close to highway so be careful with pets when outside.”
