“Breakfast was almost non-existent. I don’t know if the breakfast area is contracted, because the guys was leaving at the end if the week, but there was very little in the way of stuff on the breakfast bar.”

“The room had black mold on the walls and floor. The refrigerator did not work. Pool was not open. The pool I can live with. As an individual with asthma, the mold made it hard to breathe. When I said something about the room and the mold issue, I was told all rooms were booked however there were more than half the rooms empty all night. The housekeeping staff was always gone by four and I did not return to the room until 415 to discover that they missed me. They asked me to put something on the door so that they would clean and I did but then they missed me again and told me the door hanger had to have checkmarks in certain boxes which no one explained to me.
