“The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”

“Davvero un bel soggiorno presso questo albergo. Il personale è davvero gentile e ti fa sentire a casa.
Camera spaziosa e pulita, così come il bagno. Sapone e docciaschiuma di alta qualità, brand Rituals.
Colazione con scelta abbondante e davvero deliziosa.
Unico neo: l'uso di moquette in camera. La trovo piuttosto obsoleta, meglio un pavimento: meno polvere, più facile da mantenere, più ecologico in quanto dura di più. Ma è una mia preferenza personale.”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40.
No reception service after 23.
They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message.
I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...
