“Ottimo servizio, buona posizione all'interno di un bel parco. La senzazione di abitare in un castello è molto bella. Consiglierei solo un po' di manutenzione alle moquettes, tanto diffuse in UK ma appena cominciano ad essere "vissute" condizionano sul giudizio dell'aspetto generale dell'hotel. Comunque consigliatissimo e spero di ritornarci presto!”

“Welcoming staff and lovely building. Dinner was great but the breakfast was poor and I couldn't eat it. Never seen poached so hard, mattress on the bed was pretty 'used' with a big dip in it so not the most comfortable for the money. They also charged my card for 50% of my booking 2 days before our stay without permission and the balance on the arrival day rather than 'pay at property' which was how the booking was made. I then had to chase up the invoices. ”

“My best friend and I got to experience what relatively few Americans will ever experience - sleeping in a real castle! What an experience! The grounds were beautiful, overlooking a flowing river and a gorgeous wooded area. The walk to the quaint town of Peebles was fabulous. Indeed, I can think of NOTHING of this one night experience for us that was amiss. We had the whole castle to ourselves. The accommodations were more than comfortable.
