“I keep returning back to this hotel only because of the restaurant that it is attached to! The food is absolutely amazing! However.....upon checking into the hotel this last time, the staff was more interested in their phones than to the front desk. It was not only the one time that we witnessed it. “No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...
