“I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. Owner is very friendly and took good care of us by guiding the route and sharing suggestions when coming from portland.
I would surely visit this hotel in my next visit. great stay.
