“Perfect location and the pool was nice. The actual apartment needed a proper clean, the rugs were grotty and lounge stunk. The bedding/mattresses need to be laundered as well. 1 toilet roll is provided and that is literally it. Everything else needs to be provided by yourself including sheets/towels cleaning products/hairdryer. Could do with also updating their crockery etc - it's not expensive..... not too impressed!”

“Excellent location! Just cross the road to the beach. Beach is ideal for children including toddlers. Has a neat barbecue cooking facilities. Apartment was clean and tidy with a full kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, getting in was very tricky with the apartment door lock. Had to ring the agent for help. Fortunately, she had a staff member who happened to be nearby. Otherwise, it was a good stay.”

“The property is at a lovely location , stone throw away from Little Beach and right next to the communal pool. Unfortunately, this is the only positive. The house was clean for an older property - however if you have respiratory issues DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible mould smell throughout the property, especially from the kitchen cupboards. “The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend. ”

“Lovely unit in a great position, close to restaurants, shops and golf course. Host Bryce was quick to respond to any questions. We arrived a few hours early in heavy rainfall, we messaged Bryce who was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This property is perfectly located overlooking Dutchman's beach, a stones throw from the ocean and reasonably priced. It’s located in a quiet area with a full kitchen and two bedrooms with a door to separate the lounge.
