Overall it was good property however there are some areas of improvements such as emergency exit was broke and needs to be fixed and some breakfast items looked outdated. I would stay again at this location despite this areas of improvement.

If I am ever doing something between Louisville and Lexington, I will be visiting Regina. This house was well-designed as a true BNB with excellent access/security, thoughtful decor, and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. The reviews praising the breakfast are true - but don't just go for the biscuits and gravy, go for the full experience.

Nothing was explained at check-in regarding ..."

"Easy to find and easy on and off from the road. Parking was right there in the front or back of property. Only downfall was no elevator, so if you had heavy luggage, you had to carry it up the stairs. Breakfast was included, which was a nice feature. The coffee machine could make anything from coffee, ..."
