“How to start, I have stayed here in the past and it was great which is why I chose to return. Things have changed dramatically, let’s just start with I have to request to have my room cleaned, clean towels, linens and toilet paper. After 3 days I learned that and supposedly got the room cleaned except for the over flowing trash being emptied.

“This place was disgusting! I should have known something was amiss when the total price was $180 for two nights. The lobby smelled horrible, the room was bleh, the shower had flaking paint, stains everywhere, the towels were stained! You can honestly spare a couple extra dollars and literally go ANYWHERE ELSE and get a better night stay. Oh and there is no security, I hear someone screaming for help so god knows what was happening with that. Oh, and if you like the sound of smoke detectors...

“We had to leave and stay at a different hotel due to the unsanitary conditions at Whitehall Cottages.
The bed had dirt and hair on the sheets and all around the mattress.
There’s no staff on the property and the owner didn’t respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel.
When I asked for a refund I was told he couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia…”

“I would not stay here again. First of all the pictures look nothing like the actual hotel. There is no elevator to the second floor. So you have to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub area were very gross. Our room itself was clean and pretty nice no usb chargers tho.
But the entire facility was dirty and needed some TLC inside and out. Upon checking in, the front desk was very unhelpful (trying to be nice here)
