“When we arrived there is no one in the front desk, no proper communications were made about the reservation. The hotel room is not cleaned properly. it is located not in a family friendly location.”

“So beautiful setting. Upon entering the room it had a very strong musky mildew smell. I notice work had been done on patching sheet rock in several places. Looks like they did not hire a pro to do the work. No microwave in the Unit?? No other food that the restaurant.”

“We had a really pleasant stay at this Quality Inn. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which set the tone right away. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, even with it being pet‑friendly — a huge plus since I was traveling with our dog. The room was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into.
