Come and discover the privileged district of the Clèves hamlet with this magnificent ski in and out chalet, fully equipped over 3 levels.

On the lower ground floor, a ski room to safely store your skis, a heated storage room for your ski boots, a washer-dryer column, a bedroom with a double bed and television, a large bathroom with shower, WC and Sauna to relax after a beautiful day of walking or skiing.

On the upper ground floor, a beautiful living area with an open kitchen overlooking the living room equipped with a wood stove for cosy evenings by the fire and which gives access to a magnificent terrace with BBQ and pizza oven, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and WC.

On the top floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a relaxation area with television.

Bed linen, towels and basic products are also provided.

The kitchen equipment is complete: Traditional oven, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster, kettle, all necessary for cooking, raclette oven and fondue set.



In winter, there are many activities you can practise: Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoe and walking hikes,

You will have the opportunity to practise various activities, including skiing, ski touring and cross-country skiing, sledging, ice rink, hockey and even magic carpet.

The ski area of Nendaz is part of the 4 Vallées and extends from 1550 to 3330 metres in altitude and offers 412 kms of slopes accessible from 82 facilities

In summer, you can enjoy the "Open air" pass (Keycard giving you access to the entire area of Nendaz and Veysonnaz from June to October), walk along the bisses and water walks, do hiking and follow thematic trails, enjoy mountain bike and e-bike trails, experience the thrills of via ferrata, relax by the pools, try golf, climbing or tennis.
