  • Chalet "Chalet D'arby", molto piacevole, costruito nel 2015. In periferia, a 1 km dal centro, a 10 m dal bosco. Per uso privato: giardino naturale. Terrazza (16 m2). Nella casa: sauna, deposito sci, lavatrice, asciugatrice, asciuga scarponi. Accesso ripida. In inverno per favore portare le catene da neve, in inverno consigliato 4x4. Scalinata (25 scalini) fino alla casa. Parcheggio (per 2 auto). Negozio 1 km, fermata bus 500 m. Impianti di risalita 1.8 km, fermata ski bus 600 m. Sentieri escursionistici: Bisses de Nendaz 600 m.
    "D'Arby", chalet 4 locali 155 m2 su 2 piani. Oggetto adatto a 4 adulti + 4 bambini. Spazioso e luminoso, arredamento gradevole e di buon gusto: soggiorno/sala da pranzo con finestra panoramica con stufa svedese e TV (via cavo). Uscita sul balcone, sulla terrazza. Cucina aperta (forno, lavastoviglie, 4 piastre ad induzione, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, forno a microonde, congelatore, macchina da caffè elettrica, capsule per la macchina da caffè (Nespresso) extra, set per raclette, set per fondue (chinoise, formaggio)). WC separato. Piano inferiore: 1 camera con 1 letto doppio (2 x 90 cm, lunghezza 200 cm). 1 camera per bambini con 2 x 2 letti a castello (90 cm, lunghezza 190 cm). 1 camera con 1 letto doppio (2 x 90 cm, lunghezza 200 cm), vasca/doccia/WC. Doccia/WC, lavabo doppio. Balcone 40 m2, terrazza 16 m2. Mobili da terrazza, barbecue (portatile). Splendida vista sulle montagne e sulla valle. A disposizione: lavatrice, asciugatrice, sauna, seggiolone, lettino per bimbi, asciugacapelli. Internet (wifi, gratis). Parcheggio (2 Auto). Prego notare: appartamento per non fumatori.

Fantastic!

Chalet D’Arby is a wonderful place to spend time exploring Nendaz and the surrounding areas. We couldn’t have asked for more from a property - everything we needed was there, and the location and views were spectacular. We would 100% recommend!

Chalet D’Arby

Located in a peaceful setting with fabulous views of the valley below and the mountains all around, close enough to the center (20 minutes walk). Inside, the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room is very convenient and comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and very comfortable as well. The sauna is a nice addition to the chalet.

Excelente casa. Confortable. Con todo lo necesario para viajar con amigos o con niños. Vistas espectaculares. Ideal para el descanso y como lugar dormitorio para visitar Suiza. Cerca de muchos atractivos en la naturaleza. Muy recomendable.

Ein Traum mit einer besonderen Lage

Entlegen und sehr nette Lage, direkt am Waldrand Schöne Sicht Sehr schön geschnitten, im oberen Bereich das nette Wohnzimmer und die Küche und unten die Wohnungen und die Sauna. Man sieht von jedem Schlafzimmer runter ins Tal, ein Traum. Beachten: Kein Feuerholz an der Hütte Die letzten 60m zum Parkplatz brauchts auf jeden Fall einen 4x4, aber machbar, wird im Winter auch geräumt. Nebenan wird gerade ein neues Chalet gebaut. Auf der anderen lebt ein Nachbar mit fragwürdiger Überwachungskamera.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes Objekt, sauber, gut ausgestattet, schöne ruhige Lage mit schöner Fernsicht. Bettzeug und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Leider hatte der Geschirrspüler wiederholt Probleme zu starten. Die beiden Duschen waren im Abfluss verstopft, so dass es schnell zu einem Rückstau kam. Die Sauna ließ sich leider nur auf ca 80 °C hoch heizen. Leider war kein Brennholz für den Kaminofen und kein Waschpulver für einen ersten Start vorhanden. Betten sind zu weich.

Check-in verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Küchenausstattung ist angemessen. Summativ ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Aussicht und guter Ausstattung und Wohlfühlambiente. Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettzeug waren vorhanden. Das Objekt war sauber. Der Geschirrspüler hatte technische Probleme zu starten. Der Holzbalkontisch ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Abflüsse bei den Duschen waren teilweise verstopft. Leider ließ sich die Sauna nicht bis auf 100 C hochheizen. Die Nichtverfügbarkeit einer Basisausstattung von Brennholz für den Kaminofen und Waschpulver wird bei dieser Preiskategorie als kleinlich empfunden, da dieses nachfolgend mit Aufwand im Supermarkt gekauft werden muss und Reste davon übrig bleiben.
