Maison du Oua M&L—Duplex in the heart of the old village of Nendaz—4 Vallées

Our warm duplex, located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, welcomes you in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

On the first level, you will find:

- a large bright kitchen with high table and 4 chairs,
- a toilet and a shower,
-a pleasant lounge and dining area, with a wood fireplace.

In winter, we are happy to offer the first wooden cardboard, so that you can enjoy warm moments by the fire.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for your comfort:

fondue set and raclette oven,
oven and stove with 4 hotplates
Nespresso coffee machine and kettle,
large fridge with freezer,
dishwasher,
Spacious and bright workspace.

A small furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the Valais Alps will allow you to enjoy your morning coffee or an aperitif in peace.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms:
two bedrooms with trundle beds,
A bedroom with a double bed under the roof, full of charm.

The beds are real beds, equipped with comfortable box springs and mattresses, with neat bedding, to guarantee you restful nights.

There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Comfort & equipment

Upon arrival, the beds are made. Extra bedding is available on request.

In the bathrooms, you have:

hairdryer,
Hand and body soaps
toilet paper

At the entrance to the accommodation, a dedicated balcony makes it easy to leave skis, bicycles or other equipment.
The entrance hall offers enough space to dry and heat ski boots.

The accommodations are equipped with underfloor heating, a real asset in winter, ideal for drying clothes and ensuring optimal comfort for young and old alike.

With a capacity of 4 to 6 people divided into 3 bedrooms each with wardrobes, two bathrooms with shower and bath, the chalet is ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends, summer and winter.

In winter, leave directly from the chalet with the regular bus that will take you to the bottom of the Tracouet ski slopes in 5 minutes and explore the 400 km of slopes of the 4 valleys. In summer, go hiking, mountain biking and admire exceptional alpine landscapes.
