Recentemente rinnovata casa e piscina !! Per vedere le foto. WIFI ad altissima velocità.

Bella casa andalusa bifamiliare all'interno di un piccolo curato lo sviluppo privato recintato con piscina in comune. La casa è costruita su 2 piani. Al piano superiore, ci sono tre ampie camere matrimoniali (due con letti king size e la terza con due grandi letti singoli) e un ampio bagno.
La camera da letto principale ha una terrazza / giardino d'inverno con splendida vista sul mare e sedie a dondolo!
Al piano inferiore, è possibile trovare un bagno con doccia, una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo / salotto con un grande divano ad angolo, una TV da 48 pollici e soundbar insieme a APPLE TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime e abbonamenti musicali Apple oltre a 150 canali TV internazionali inc tutti collegati alla banda larga in fibra con velocità fino a 300 mb !.
C'è una grande terrazza (con sistema di raffreddamento della tenda e della nebbia) con vista panoramica sulle montagne e sul mare, perfetta per prendere il sole e per fare colazione e cene all'aperto.
C'è una piscina di buone dimensioni e aree comuni con gusto paesaggistico con lettini condivisi tra la piccola comunità (raramente molto affollata).
La casa è perfettamente posizionata in quanto è solo 2 - 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Burriana (200 metri) e meno di 10 minuti a piedi (400-500 metri) dal vivace e vivace centro / Balcon de Europa / zona di Carabeo, dove si possono trovare di bar, ristoranti e negozi.

Abbiamo appena finito di ristrutturare la casa; nuovo bagno, pavimentazione, aria condizionata, tendalino, acqua solare, una nuova cucina con elettrodomestici moderni (NESPRESSO), tra cui un frigorifero / congelatore americano con distributore di acqua e ghiaccio. Tutti i mobili e letti sono nuovi e di un livello molto alto. Il tavolo da pranzo e la cucina sono stati progettati da noi.

Come parte della ristrutturazione della casa ha ora da parete a parete porte pieghevoli bi collegano la zona soggiorno e terrazza.

La piscina è aperta tutto l'anno, ma resterà chiusa per diverse settimane a metà / fine novembre 2019 per la manutenzione. I lettini saranno ancora disponibili nelle aree comuni.

This was our first time in Nerja, and we absolutely could not have imagined a better place to stay to get to know the area. The apartment has what we came to believe is the best view in the entire town. And, it is in the best location, being right above Burriana Beach. It is removed from the Town Center, but that is a huge plus, as the more we saw of the Town, the less we felt we needed to be there- it is very touristy and busy. The apartment is between the touristy "chiringuitos" and other restaurants at the beach, but then also the other way are the more local establishments on Avenida de la Pescia. We easily walked to local run cafeterías and fruterías, which is where you really get a Spanish experience. Parking was not an issue, and we always found a spot easily. You will get good exercise with the hill work, too. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this beautiful apartment and wonderful location. Eva is very responsive, and any question I had she responded to immediately.

I would stay in this home every time I come to Nerja or Malaga which is a short drive away. Perfect location- not in the city center so nice and quiet but an easy walk there and another easy walk to the beach boardwalk spot of Nerja. Perfect!

This is a lovely beach apartment with gorgeous views of the sea. Waking up to a sunrise every morning and walking to the beach to the local bakery for fresh bread is an excellent way to start the day. With Nerja Old Town, just around the corner and the beach minutes away, you can't pick a better location to spend your vacation.Looking forward to our return!!

Location was unbelievable, views of the ocean, easy access to the town, the back gate just to the left of the house made the walk into town easy, cutting out cardiac hill, the views were outstanding, we were there in December the location was quiet and clean very well kept. The house is also close to the beach and the bars and restaurants near the beach, loved o’haras for their breakfast. Would highly recommend this accommodation our hosts were always available although we didn’t need to call them as they had provided everything that was needed. We would definitely highly recommend this accommodation.

This was a large family gathering in Nerja for a special event. The house was perfect for our party and we all felt at home instantly. We had everything we could have needed and more. Very comfortable. Great sleep quality. . The views are awesome. We were sad to leave and hope to return soon.

We were in the area for a family destination wedding...villa allowed us to relax for 5 days in a such a lovely, comfortable space with beautiful sunrises, 5 minute walk to the beach, lovely pool, fully equipped kitchen...between all the wedding events nearby. Hosts had gifted us a lovely bottle of wine, condiments, milk and coffee, tea and sugar to get us started! We will be back! Nerja is a lovely beach town, just the right size for a relaxing family holiday.

This is a lovely condo apartment steps to the beach in the beach town of Nerja. The place is superbly appointed and the aesthetic is lovely. The patios are spectacular and the morning sunrise divine.

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment, very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. Lovely decor and amazing views from both balconies. Everything you need within walking distance. Lovely area and great for some winter sun. Eva really attentive and quick on all comms throughout. Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed a very relaxed and comfortable stay in this beautiful house. The location is great - it is very near the beach and the centre, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The house is clean and very well equipped. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

The house is a wow! The view from the balcony just takes your breath away we spent a lot of time there for breakfast mid afternoon drinks and evening drinks after our meals out. We also decorated it for a surprise engagement for my daughter. There was a cot and high chair for our 14 month old and plenty of room for us all to enjoy. There is everything you could need.for a family holiday and the house is beautifully furnished and perfectly located close to both the beach and a short walk into town There are lots of steps especially down to the pool which was lovely after a day at the beach’s and rarely more than a couple of others using it. Eli and Eva were so helpful and provided plenty of information for their beautiful house and we can’t wait to return next year. We have been visiting Nerja for many years and I have stayed at the Parador but the views and peace and quiet at this lovely house cannot be beaten. Jude Mason

Beautiful multi floored unit with a quirky (in a good way) design. Dream balconies with breathtaking views. Steps away from the beach and minutes from a multitude of fine restaurants in "downtown" Nerja. Nice, quiet pool area. Met all our expectations and then some. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Absolutely killer views, lovely apartment, and amazing hosts! It was everything we needed for our family holiday. We were in Nerja for 4 weeks and the apartment was a terrific "home base" for all of our adventures. It was always wonderful to come back to the beautiful terrace after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect location between Burriana Beach and the center of town. We walked everywhere! Thank you to Eva and Eli, the most amazing, responsive hosts we could have asked for! Thank you to Marife for caring for the apartment during our stay. Highly recommend!

We spent one month in Nerja in this ideally located apartment. It was a three minute walk to the beach and about an eight minute walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons and electronics to make for an enjoyable stay. Internet is super fast and the smart TV offers an array of channels and streaming services. The absolutely best thing about our stay were the incredible sunrises each and every morning. What a way to start your day!

Ideally situated looking over Burriuana beach, the property is perched midway on a steep hill between the beach and the town centre. It's a 5 minute walk down to the beach and beachside restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk in the town. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could wish for and need for your holiday. It is bright and airy and boasts fabulous views. We found it a great getaway for some lovely winter sun. The hosts were always contactable and helpful.

Ideally located, and extremely well equipped, the house provided an ideal base for a family get together. Eva made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and the check in was smooth quick and easy. We will look forward to returning.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The house itself has a wonderful beach house vibe, was clean, and had spectacular views of the ocean from two decks. One on the main floor and one outside of the master bedroom on the second floor. The owners were quick to respond and assist with any question we had. I would definitely recommend staying here for couples looking for more space or families with kids.
