Appartamento di fronte all'oceano con grande terrazza in stile residenziale "villaggio andaluso". Molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Imbattibile vedute panoramiche. Importante: aria condizionata . Giù per le scale, attraverso il giardino, si accede alla spiaggia di Burriana, la migliore di Nerja di meglio, situata a 50 metri dalla casa. Completamente attrezzato per 4/ 6 persone. Piscina e giardino con flora subtropicale e bellissimo lago artificiale con piante. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, per scale e per strada. Connessione a internet gratuita. Grande cucina spaziosa, completo di stoviglie e posate, forno a microonde, tostapane , bollitore, forno, lavastoviglie, frigo con congelatore, lavatrice e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Due bagni con vasca, uno con bidet. Asciugacapelli. L'ampio soggiorno e camera da letto con vista sull'oceano e accesso alla terrazza, che dispone di tavolo, sedie e lettini. Un altro grande camera da letto, vampate luminose cortile. Grandi armadi in entrambe le camere. TV a schermo piatto. Lettore DVD (supporta USB, flash drive e HDMI). Ventilatori. Il complesso dispone di un bar-ristorante con piscine per bambini e per adulti aperte stagionalmente. Servizio di accoglienza e informazioni di manutenzione. Sicurezza giorno e notte. Ipermercati vicino con consegna. Grande varietà di ristoranti a 100 metri sulla spiaggia . Situato a 800 metri dal centro di Nerja e il del Balcon de Europa. È possibile parcheggiare sulla strada o nel parcheggio coperto della urbanizzazione. Non adattato per disabili. Vietati gli animali.

Amazing Experience

We had an incredible time in Nerja in this condo was the perfect stay for us. It’s location to the beach. The view and amenities were exactly as described. Alicia was the perfect host. Communication was thorough and timely. Provided recommendations where to go to shop and eat. We left here to go to Marbella for our final three days of our trip in Spain and I wish I had stayed here instead for the remainder.

Amazing rental!

We had the absolute best stay at this rental! The owner checked in with us before, during and after to make sure everything was going well. The condo itself was so roomy and comfortable - it felt like home away from home. The location and view (especially to other units at the complex) are unbeatable. We wish we would have booked a couple days more. So relaxing! If and when we come back to Nerja, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Wonderful view to the beach, comfortable accommodation

Slightly dated but very comfortable apartment. We stayed for 2 weeks and had easy access to the beach and restaurants via steps through gardens. Very easy access to the communal pool. A private free garage provided covered parking for our car. Street parking was also available. Alicia quickly dealt with any issues we had. Enjoyed many nights on the terrazzo enjoying the view and food sourced from 2 close excellent supermarkets. Wonderful stay.

Lovely view and nice property but with issues.

The property was quite nice although it was damp, especially for the second half of the stay when the weather was terrible. The second bedroom gets no sun and the bedding always felt damp and cold.One of the slats on a bed fell off and there were exposed wires on one plug.Check in was ok but rushed and no English was used.The kitchen cabinet included some items which were nearly 10 years old, so I cleared it out. No cleaning products, such as toilet cleaner or polish, were provided.The recliner and the chair on the balcony were rusty and unusable. They need throwing away and replacing.The toilet seat in the main bathroom is loose and needs repairing.Anyone who has mobility issues should be aware of the steps down to the beach. It’s a nice walk but there are 150 steps in total.A car is quite important although I imagine parking in the summer season might be difficult. Spaces are very tight.It’s a nice apartment but does require some updating and the dampness and musty smells were not good.

Very comfortable apartment with fantastic sea view

We had a fantastic time in Alicia's apartment. It is clean, cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The terrace is very large and sunny. It was easy to find a parking place nearby the apartment. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Renovierungsbedürfdig in allen Räumen

Tolle parkähnliche Anlage in Strandnähe, super Blick auf's Meer, schöner Strand mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Über 158 Stufen ist man in 7 Minuten am Strand und in 15 min. in Nerja. Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bei unserer Ankunft leider sehr schmutzig. Es roch in fast jedem Raum nach Schimmel, auch in den Bädern bzw Dusche ist der Schimmel sichtbar. Alles in Allem war es trotz dieser Umstände ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub.

Un auténtico vergel mirando al mar

El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización maravillosa, muy bien cuidada, limpia y tranquila. El piso es muy aprovechable, acogedor, cómodo y bien dotado para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, con una terraza impresionante con vistas al mar. Sus dos cuartos de baño cumplen con creces su función, la señal de wifi funciona perfectamente, y el aire acondicionado no se necesitó en ningún momento porque el piso resulta muy fresco. Se puede encontrar aparcamiento con facilidad. El camino a la playa de Burriana atravesando la urbanización solo lleva 5 minutos, eso sí, tiene más de 150 escalones, pero merece la pena porque es precioso. Caminando hasta el centro de Nerja son unos 15 minutos, y la localidad es preciosa.

Exceeded expectations!

We highly recommend Alicia's lovely two bedroom condo. Fabulous sea/beach views from everywhere. Steps away from the sea, terrific restaurants, Burriana beach. We stayed a week and hope to return soon.

Amazing terrace views

This villa has everything you need ! And more ! The views from the terrace of the beach and sea are to die for ! Communication with Alicia was great ! However if you have young children or have difficulty with steps ! There are lot down to the beach and up to the pool ! The villa is older as I expected from photos. It was a shame it did have a musty smell which I assume was from being empty for a while but every day we aired each room and that helped. It could do with a freshen up of paint maybe inside and a new shower curtain in second bathroom and bedroom curtains a wash to freshen. Just a few small things would make a huge difference and that’s why I gave a 4 star for cleanliness . Otherwise the property was clean and tidy just a bit dated . Hopefully this is taken as constructive criticism .The complex itself was stunning with amazing gardens turtles in the ponds ducks wandering around and a beautiful pool area. Hopefully the suggestions go down well as I feel this would really maximise its potential. Thank you Alicia for having us

February Get Away

We especially enjoyed the ocean views and large kitchen. We had a rental car which was handy. Parking spaces here are extremely tight, so I don’t recommend a big car. The place is user friendly and host is very good about communicating.

Beautiful Apartment with a great sea view

We stayed here for 4 nights and were very comfortable as a family of 4 with young children. They loved the location and the beautiful walk to the beach past ponds, waterfalls, and magical gardens, with lots of wildlife to spot along the way. The apartment is well equipped and clean. We would recommend anyone to stay and will one day be back again.

ACCES PLAGE

tout était parfait,bel appartement,confort cuisine super bien équipée,seul souci acces a la plage par les escaliers 220 jusqu a la porte de notre appartement ,possibilité d y aller en voiture ,faire tout le tour jusqu a l entrée de la ville et au retour difficulté a trouver 1 parking prés de l appartement!!

Très belle situation

Appartement bien situé vue mer de la terrasse magnifique.l accès plage par les jardins est très agréable et l ensemble de la propriété est parfaitement entretenue. Nerja .. Beautiful view.. great location for Burriana Beach

The grounds of the development are wonderfully cared for and beautiful. The property was just as listed. We enjoyed the beautiful apartment views from the balcony. It was a great location to access the beach, shops and many restaurants. We were 3 friends ( 60-70) that are fit and active... many stairs to the beach but places to rest. Amazing location and nice host

The property fully lives up to the expectations you get from the pictures. We loved the walk down to the beach where you pass into botanical garden like surroundings with a waterfall and turtles in the water and beautiful plants. The beach of Nerja is beautiful and one of the best beaches we have experienced in the Malaga area.

We enjoyed exploring Nerja and the relaxing beach culture.

The property was just as listed. There were two couples in our grip and we enjoyed the beautiful apartment views from the balcony. It was a great location to access the beach, shops and many restraints. We loved swimming in the refreshing ocean waters. We are in our late 50’s and early sixties. The walk back to the apartment was hilly but it’s a mix of stairs and walkway. It’s landscaped with places to rest. We had no difficulty making the return trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to Alicia’s place.

Great location, lovely views a bit dated.

We have visited Nerja several times before and love it there. We thought we’d try staying somewhere different but still wanted to be close to the beach and facilities. This apartment, in Capistrano Playa, is large with lovely views of the sea and beach from the also large balcony. It is close to the beach and shops/bars but lovely and quiet. It is quite a climb (150 steps to the beach) as described -it’s a nice/pretty walk but you do need to factor this in fitness wise. The on-site pool and bar ran by David is lovely too. The apartment is quite dated -particularly the kitchen and bathrooms and could have been cleaner but we were hardly there as we were enjoying using the beach/pool so this didn’t faze us.

Un petit paradis en Andalousie

Nous sommes extrêmement satisfait de notre séjour à Nejra dans un appartement très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Un régal d'arriver avec ses valises et d'avoir à disposition tout le nécessaire sur place. Idéalement placé dans une résidence propre, calme, merveilleusement arborée et fleurie avec un accès rapide à la plage et au centre ville pour profiter des soirées nocturnes espagnoles. Nos adolescents se sont régalés dans cette ville ou on se sent en sécurité et très bien accueillie. On reviendra dans cette location qui a répondu pleinement à nos attentes avec pour agréable surprise de laisser les clés à notre départ sans se soucier du ménage. Nous recommandons +++

Vue magnifique

La propriétaire est charmante et nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps le dernier jour car notre avion était seulement le soir. C'est l'homme à tout faire de la propriété qui vous accueille. Il faut connaître l'espagnol ou l'anglais. Cela serait bien de créer un formulaire d'instruction en français. L'appartement pourrait être mis au goût du jour mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons pris tout nos repas sur la belle terrasse face à la mer. L'accès à pied à la plage se fait par de magnifiques jardins (140 marches). Par contre il y a une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et la chambre qui donne sur la cour arrière et la literie n'est pas de grande qualité ( peut-être une question de goût!).

great place

Wonderful view with big terrace. very functional and comfortable apartment. overlooking a beautiful beach. about 120 steps down to the beach and local restaurants. about a 15 minute walk via the beach to the centre of town. owner very involved. a few mnor problems rapidly corrected.
