A great stay
Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay.

Property is well managed. Good location 15 min walk from the beach, peaceful and quiet perfect for families with kids, very clean. Staff is extremely helpful.

Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla. Kuitenkin vain kävelymatkan päässä rannasta ja linja-auto- sekä taksiasemalta.Lähiympäristössä useampia ruokatavarakauppoja. New Line Village Apartments on siisti ja huoneisto tilava. Lisäksi huoneistossa kaikki tarpeelliset välineet ruuanlaittoon. Erityiskiitos paikan johtajalle hyvästä asiakaspalvelusta.

Good place for the families
Nice pool area. Peaceful location and just a shot walking distance from the beach and couple of super markets. The air conditioning of the living room did not work.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, etwas abgelegen, aber dennoch alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das auch besondere Wünsche berücksichtigt.

Schöne Anlage in Strandnähe
Der zugebuchte Transfair vom Flughafen zur Anlage war kostengünstig, pünktlich und sehr freundlich, ebenso die Ankunft. Der Chef der Anlage spricht Deutsch und hat freundliches Personal. Die Appartements sind der Größe nach in Ordnung, der Wasserablauf in der Dusche ist (verbesserungswürdig :-) ) Strand ca. 800m fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind allerdings mit dem Buss zum Sonnenstrand gefahren. Auch das dazugebuchte Frühstück war einfach nur lecker. ALSO RUNDUM EIN GELUNGENER KURZURLAUB: :-)

Terrible!!!
There's Honestly not much going for this place, it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Our room was TERRIBLE!! The air conditioner did not work, the fridge did not work, the toaster did not work, the shower leaked through the whole bathroom, the bed which we were told by Expedia was suppose to be a king, was nothing but an old stained double which was very hard on the back and had springs poking out in several spots. The one staff member was no help at all, even tried to get a taxi one time and she said she didn't have the number for it, I wasn't impressed!!! Don't waste your time with this hotel/appartment complex, there is much nicer on over around the same price. Horrible 1/10!!!!

Lovely stay, especially for the cost!
Absolutely loved it here! The apartments were like brand new, facilities were excellent and everywhere was so clean! Pool area was lovely and quiet and you never struggled getting a sunbed. Food is served in the hotel bar and is of a good quality, drinks are also a reasonable price with a 500ml bottle of beer costing 2.50 lev. There are a few returants a short walk away from the apartment complex but it is well and truly away from all the hustle and bustle of sunny beach. However, I did walk to sunny beach everyday and it only takes around 20 mins and is a lovely walk especially in the evening sun! Only a short distance away from the beach and local supermarkets. The only downside is the gravel hill you have to walk up to reach the complex, which can be quite difficult especially in the dark however, you shouldn't let this put you off! Me and my boyfriend are already thinking about coming back next year as we enjoyed ourselves so much :)

Lovely and peaceful stay near Sunny Beach
We stayed at New Line Village for three nights. We wanted to enjoy the Sunny Beach in a quiet and pleasant location a bit further away from all the hustle and bustle. The place was exactly what we looked for and the customer service at the desk was super nice. Please notice that this is not a hotel but an apartmentos. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very good
Very good, nice apartment with 2 bedrooms,enough place for 6 persons, first floor is the best with nice terrace, clean pool, quiet place far from the very crowded Sunny Beach, free parking nearby, not far from the beach, very good service at the restaurant. Supermarket not far away. Something should be done with the road which is dusty and full of rocks (but this is probably the authorities'fault). And staff should be more careful with cleaning the sheets and rooms and more discrete with counting the knifes and forks at the end of stay.

Mysigt hotell
Helheten var kanonbra, blandade åldersgrupper, barnfamiljer, ungdomar och äldre. Ett litet hotell så stämningen blev familjär. Bra personal och dom hade ett bra utbud av mat.

Ikke fornøyd, anbefales overhode ikke.
Elendig beliggenhet, langt fra alt, dårlig uasfaltert veier. Trege personal, enkel frokosten tok evighet å servere og dårlig restaurant. Liten basseng. Vi bodde tidligere på Pollo Resort, kan ikke sammenlignes, var mye bedre i absolutt alt.

Prisvärt hotell
Detta hotell ska du verkligen bo på. Personalen pratar bra engelska och maten som man kan köpa i restaurangen är bra om man jämför vad man kan få nere på stan för samma pris, sunny beach området har inte bra mat överlag vad vi har märkt, smaklös och torr. Hotellen var stora med väl fungerande AC, vi hade två "kylare" i vår lägenhet för 4 personer. Köket hade saker för 4 personer. Man får köpa eget diskmedel och svamp men det finns i butiken som ligger cirka 5 minuters promenad från hotellet. Taxi chaufförerna hade svårt att veta vart hotellet låg så jag rekommenderar transfer från flygplatsen till hotellet, eller så skriver man ut kartan som hotellet skickar till dig så kan man visa den. Med tanke på vad vi betalade så är det extremt prisvärt, jag ser ingen anledning till att betala mer än såhär för att bo på ett fläskigare hotell. Det är ett bra ställe att åka till om man vill sola och bada, annars var människorna inte trevliga och maten var inte god, men de som jobbade på hotellet var inte som de nere på staden. Om du åker till sunny beach ska du bo på New Line Village.

Excellent service on a great location
I really enjoyed my stay at the New Line Village. The service was great and everythings was done to make my business trip easy. The location is good, close to the beach and not in the hectic area. The rooms are fully equipped and modern. The large pool and terrace around it gave me a pleasant feeling. I'm definately going back there!
