Dear Guests, thank you for choosing Elenite All Inclusive Villas as a place for your vacation. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with our services. Housekeepers clean the rooms every day and change sheets and towels every three days. Violation of sanitary norms is unacceptable for our complex. If there is a need for special or additional services, you should contact the reception desk. As for stuff, some of them really live on villas, but it is strictly forbidden to make noise night-time. It is followed by our securities, who patrol the territory 24 hours per day. They know in which villas the staff live, and they would take the necessary measures.
