Are you looking for waterfront accommodation with a spectacular sea view in a quiet location close to amenities? Welcome to the “Great View” villa! Located on the beach of Nettlé Bay in the French part in the magnificent secure residence Nettlé Bay Beach Club, 4 swimming pools, parking, tennis on the edge of the Caribbean Sea, within walking distance of useful shops (bakery, supermarket, 5 good restaurants, water sport , diving club, pharmacy, caterer).

Wonderful 2-room apartment on the beach with exceptional sea view, equipped for a family of 2 to 4 people, renovated full furnished, air-conditioned, composed of a beautiful and spacious, nicely furnished living room, a living room area with a dining table for 6 people, queen size daily sleeping sofa bed, smart TV, WIFI, a kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, traditional oven, Blender, large fridge freezer, a sleeping area or there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, a beautiful and spacious bedroom equipped with a new luxury bed, king size, smart TV, air conditioning, a laundry area where you can store your suitcases, a dressing room, a safe -fort, a laundry room with a washing machine.
For your greatest pleasure, you will enjoy at every moment the wonderful private terrace which lies before you, shaded by a solar sail, it is furnished with a lounge, two sun loungers which you can move as you wish on the sand.
The swimming pool, beach and sea are nearby and just waiting for you!

Household linen, beach towels and welcome products are provided upon your arrival. A guide and list of places to discover will be sent to you.

The villa was exactly as advertised. The view you see is what you get and the community was great. This is the place we will stay at if we ever go back to St Martin, which we plan to!

Great location with flat terrain and low traffic congestion. Also walkable to many restaurants/food options. We liked the layout of the complex with nicely spaced units spread across the beachfront and easy parking. Very clean and functional. Well stocked with kitchen items.

Yes is has a great view. Yet it sits in a horrible neighborhood on the French side of the island. All day and all night, you hear the local gangbangers racing their motorcycles up and down the road just outside. The noise level was ridiculous. Leaving and driving into Marigold or up to Grand Case, you must go through one of the worst areas we have ever seen. My wife was scared to death. No one bothered to share this with us. It left her so anxious that we came back early, although we paid full price and have yet to receive a refund. This is supposed to be in a gated community, but the exit gate was stuck open the whole time, and we saw the locals riding their motorcycles through the complex several times. This was very unsettling to say the least. The trip began on a bad note, when we realized we had NO hot water in the shower and only hot water in the bathroom sink for the first 3 days. It was reprehensible and the resolution came very very slowly. Overall, this is one to avoid. There are many other parts of the island that are safe and where the accommodations are much better.
