“Das Hotel ist sauber, allerdings sind die Zimmer definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Hoteleigene Parkplätze gibt es nur sehr wenige und die waren bereits alle ausgebucht, als wir dort ankamen. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe, allerdings benötigt man viel Glück um dort abends einen Platz zu finden.
Der U-Bahnhof Spandau Altstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt einige gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Obwohl sich das Hotel in der Fußgängerzone befindet, ist es nachts...

Lati negativi: in altre strutture della stessa catena, fornivano l'acqua ogni giorno, mentre qui ci è stata offerta solo il primo giorno.Avevo chiesto un letto matrimoniale un letto singolo, perchè sto pagando per una tripla, ma alla fine, benchè la camera fosse molto spaziosa, abbiamo trovato il letto matrimoniale divano letto che purtroppo non ha la stessa...

“Für mein Empfinden stimmt hier leider das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich spartanisch eingerichtet, was auch das neu renovierte Badezimmer nicht aufwiegen kann . Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Die Möglichkeit seine Kleidung unter zu bringen ist auch sehr begrenzt.
Die Lage direkt im Grünen ist schön ruhig, aber auch weit vom Schuss gelegen.

“Family vacation, 5 nights. The hotel is ok, not exceptional. It's in the Gesundbrunnen area, not in a walking distance from Berlin center. A big S/U-Bahn station is within walking distance. The neighbourhood is main Turkish with many ethnic shops and reatuarants. The station looks kind of creepy at night but mostly all train stations do. I've been given a junior suite on first floor (that never happened). Windows should be more sound-proof. The streets are noisy and it sounds like having a crowd...

"Peccato per i lavori in corso che lo rendono al momento un cantiere, almeno all'esterno. Hotel vecchio stile, molto bello lo stabile. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa, colazione ottima. La zona è tutto sommato ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, anche se non è proprio al centro di Berlino. Nel complesso una buona kna esperienza."

I've been given a junior suite on first floor (that never happened). Windows should be more sound-proof. The streets are noisy and it sounds like having a crowd in your room. The room is spacious, has lots of of closets and two TVs. Unforunately the bathroom is incredibly small and narrow compared to the room. And what's with these transaparent doors latley? You're basically doing your "business" with the whole room to watch. The toilet bowl is right next to the door. The whole family hated it. We all had to move in the living room area when someone was in the bathroom. The shower door has no gasket so the floor fills with water everytime, very messy and possibly hazardous. Plus the shower drips unannounced in the middle of the night startling you.
The breakfast buffet isn't huge compared to other hotels I've been to but it has everything you need and the refills and replacements are fast and constant. The eggs were excellent, btw. The coffee machine had some problems, though. You have to order pancakes and omelettes separately. I haven't tried the restaurant nor the gym. The personell is efficient but a bit distant. Germany, right?"
