“I would not characterize this as a four star hotel as advertised. Rooms are average at best, the furniture is old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was disappointing, very few dishes to speak of, silverware and cutlery were inadequate, a pot, but no pans. The microwave did not work. Staff at front desk were very friendly, but did not speak good English. Overall average at best but not worth the price”

“I had a wonderful stay and am very grateful for the help and great service. This place is a little gem and I'll come back one day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and even though I didn't speak much Spanish they did there very best to help.The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the facilities are great. Its a home away from home:-)”

“The location was good, not too far out of town. Room had a nice view of lake Nahuel Huapi. The room was in the owners section of the building. As a result we could hear people talking loudly past midnight the three nights we stayed. I was woken up by people talking again starting at 6am while they set up breakfast. The balcony had a wasps nest on the room directly above. Not to mention the door handle to the balcony that kept falling off. There were dead bugs in the armoire. We were told we...
