You will be charmed by this accommodation with billiards, home cinema, retrogaming console and private terrace located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the town of Evian-les-Bains on the shores of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Ideally located, close to all amenities. The accommodations are part of a villa with panoramic view of the lake that you can admire from the terrace area when leaving the accommodation.

⚠️ To read before booking; limited natural light: The accommodations are located under the garden level of our house with 2 basement windows that provide limited natural light. Its location guarantees natural freshness in summer, cocooning in winter and calm all year round. The panoramic view of Lake Geneva is there, from the terrace provided, on the way out.

The accommodation: 75 m² fully privatized with independent entrance through the garage (digicode and remote control). Bedroom with Queen size bed, sheets and towels provided, large closet and desk. Relaxation area with 2-seater sofa bed. Large private shower room with double sinks. Equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge, Nespresso with capsules, tea and infusions. Terrace with garden table and panoramic lake view.
