Comfortable Country House, Near Castles

Near Chambord and Cheverny, this detached house is located within a charming, renovated Sologne farmhouse, on a 1200m² unfenced plot. The ground-floor cottage comprises a large living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and fireplace, and a sleeping area with one bedroom (one double bed), one bedroom (one queen bed), and one large bedroom (one double bed and two bunk beds). There are also two shower rooms and two toilets. The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Outside, there is an outdoor terrace, gas heating, and firewood is provided. Peace and quiet are guaranteed near the forest and cycle paths. There is no Wi-Fi. You will be welcomed to this charming cottage in a very pleasant setting. This renovated farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the countryside. With its three bedrooms and two shower rooms, you can expect great comfort! This house is perfect for quality family time, with the nearby forest for walks and cycle path. Not far from Chambord, the Loire Valley châteaux await you! Enjoy exploring this rich heritage, sure to please both parents and children.
