“Beautiful forest setting. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Extensive breakfast offerings including a hot breakfast entree. Only improvement would be to refresh the rooms as they are showing wear.”

“Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet. Conveniently located just blocks from downtown Nevada city. We were able to park our car and walk to shops restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Things we loved: Wonderful hosts, very friendly and communicative! Cast iron pans and multiple coffee making methods available for use were a plus! Cool bath/shower. Music players were a fun addition (the old school radio was a hit a with our 9 y/o). Stargazing was stellar! “What a charming cottage! Not only was it warm, cozy and had all the amenities one would want, it was in an excellent location! Just a few minutes walk from historic downtown Nevada City and local trails! It was so relaxing, just sitting and listening to the creek. We loved it and would rent it again so we highly recommend it!”
