Recentemente ristrutturato casa con tre camere da letto immerso in pini bianchi maturi e alberi di Norvegia sul lago di terzo corvo Wing. Prezzo approssimativo di $ 100. 00 a notte in meno di quanto si pagherebbe per case di vacanza simili di proprietà di resort sullo stesso lago. Eccellente pesca dal molo e accesso ad altri tre laghi via barca. Splendido scenario e nuovo molo. Grande smart tv in salotto con internet. Letti queen size in entrambe le camere da letto al piano principale. Due letti full size nella camera da letto al piano inferiore. Ampio soggiorno con due divani queen size / letti pieghevoli. La casa può ospitare 1-8 persone. C'è un bagno completo al piano di sopra e una doccia solo al piano di sotto. Nuova cucina / forno, microonde, griglia Weber, utensili da cucina, ecc.

Posto auto coperto con vista aperta sul lago, anello di fuoco, mobili da giardino, ampio cortile di fronte alla casa offre molto spazio per giochi / attività all'aperto. Abbondante natura e fauna selvatica tra cui cervi, lunari, uccelli e altro ancora.

La proprietà include un lotto di cinque acri confinante con l'area di gestione della vita selvaggia. Situato a dieci miglia a sud di Nevis o quindici miglia a sud-est di Park Rapids. Inoltre vicino a Crow Wing River, che offre opportunità di tubing / canoa in estate.

Lovely, super clean, and inviting lake home that was a delight for me and my family’s stay.The level walk to the dock was much appreciated for my elderly mother, & the property across the road to park vehicles & our pontoon was very convenient. Loved being able to access two additional lakes, as well! The space felt large with all the sleeping accommodations and two bathrooms—what a bonus! We’d love to stay here again.

Great Week

Check-in info was sent in advance and was easy to remember. Be careful of the drive to the garage if your vehicle has low clearance. It was nice to be able to park the truck and trailer across the street. The house was very clean. There were a few notes to help us out, including one identifying a bin of older sheets (to protect furniture from any pets) and towels (for cleanup). The layout was great with 2 beds downstairs for the parents and 2 little. Also laundry room and a toilet and shower. Upstairs were 2 bedrooms for the grandma and teen. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room and dining room spacious.Great patio, charcoal grill, fire pit, dock. Note in the description that the swimming is off the end of the dock. The kids had fun jumping in. We also had good fishing from the dock. We were able to pull our pontoon up to it easily. We put in at the resort just across from the house. Lots of games and puzzles and good Wi-Fi. If you choose to do the puzzle with 2 kittens, beware it is harder than it looks. Communication was very good. We would stay here again!

This was our second stay. Communication with owner was great. Nice place, beautiful view, nice lake with access to a chain of lakes. We used this for overflow sleeping, to meet family at another cabin on the lake. So, again, we didn’t get to enjoy all this cabin had to offer as we spent most time with family at the other cabin. Plenty of space and had the basics to enjoy a fun stay up north!

Amazing!

Everything was Amazing!!! This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at!!! The amenities were above and beyond! This was a very comfortable place to stay! Fishing was Great! Lisa was very prompt with any questions we had. WE would most definitely stay here again!

Good stay

The house and location were excellent. Just a few little quirks with some of the amenities: no exhaust fans in the bathrooms or vent hood over the stove. Would have liked some sort of window coverings on the front/side windows. Otherwise a great stay. Hosts were excellent to communicate with.

Relaxing Lakeside Retreat

This lake home was perfect for our crew. It was quiet and relaxing. We fished off the dock, sat by the fire pit in the evening and the house was the perfect size for our group of 7 to have the space we needed.

Great place

We stayed here for a family fishing trip. It is a very nice cabin, has everything you need, and plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of space for parking boat and trailer, too, which was great and is sometimes an issue. Fishing was good, too. We had a great week. I highly recommend.

Beautiful setting!

We stay in VRBO homes often both domestically and internationally and have not encountered hosts as generous as Lisa and Don Newhouse! Every need or want was thought of in advance for us and our dogs. The home was fully stocked with all essential needs from paper products to kitchen items. The lake was gorgeous with sand bars, sandy points for swimming as well as underwater islands for good fishing. We also enjoyed the canals to get to the other lakes-they seemed great for paddling. Lisa’s dad even walked over to share his favorite fishing spot with us. Could not find nicer or more generous people anywhere. I’d recommend renting this cabin just for the opportunity to meet such nice people!

Up North Getaway

Wonderful accomodations with great lake view. This was our third stay at the lakehome and we hope to be back. Home is exceptionally clean and kitchen is well stocked. Nice outdoor accomodations with fire pit to enjoy the evenings. Well set up for families. Would definitely recommend.

3rd Crow Wing Cabin

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather didn't cooperate! Cabin was well stocked, very clean & had great outdoor spaces. Lisa & Don were great hosts & so helpful. Definitely recommend this rental! Close to Nevis, Park Rapids & numerous OHV trails too. Great parking area for numerous trailers across the road. Lots of fish caught off the dock too.

Awesome Vacation!

This was our second summer staying at this Lake House. We love it so much we came back! Everything you need for a fulfilling vacation is here, I love the cleanliness and amenities this rental offers, and my husband loves the fishing and the ability to go to more than one lake! You won’t be disappointed!!
