Very good family hotel, quite new (July 2019) so very clean and well kept. All the family is ready to give a very warm welcome and lots of good info. Big and tasty breakfast. The place is a bit out of Uchisar village center (5 min walking) but this is not a big issue. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Struttura a conduzione familiare di recente ristrutturazione, camere e bagni, logisticamebte comoda a 5 a min. a piedi dal castello di Uchisar. Titolare molto premuroso nel dare informazioni per la visita della zona. Buona ed abbondante la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Capiedra Hotel is in Uçhisar, a quiet town compared to Göreme, but it has everything you need. Restaurants, Uçhisar Castle, Pigeon Valley are all walking distance. I walked to Göreme which took one hour and it was a pleasant walk. Stopping at various points to capture the panoramic views. Mehmet has set up the hotel in their old family home with his mum making fresh breakfast each day. His team of workers are all kind and helpful. Mehmet responded in a timely manner to any of my inquiries leading up to my holiday, as well as answering any questions I had about tours one I had arrived. He booked my hot air balloon flight after advising me to wait a day, as the prices would drop significantly. Which was good advice that he shared, as there had been no flights due to bad weather conditions. The room is spacious with a kettle, tea bags and coffee were free and a mini fridge filled with drinks and chocolate at a cost. The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel available, as well as hand soap. The bed was very comfortable with extra blanket available. This I definitely needed as the temperatures were not quite I was expecting. I would highly recommend staying at Capiedra Hotel if you want a quiet location to explore the region. Mehmet and his team can assist in organising the red and green tours, which I would also recommend doing. He also offers a private taxi service if there is a group of you going and as a solo traveller I felt very safe walking around the area.

I stayed in a standard room but it was so lovely and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and I could watch the balloons rise behind the castle. Unfortunately the shower head was not working properly and the water didn’t get warm so I missed a shower. Otherwise a lovely little homely hotel.

Breakfasts were great, with a homemade feel. Property is in a neighborhood, so very quiet, but very easy walk to shops/restaurants and the castle. Staff very friendly and helpful. Felt very much like a family run business. Overall, we prefer quiet Uchisar (where Capiedra is) over Goreme, which feels like a busy tourist trap. Would definitely come to Capiedra Hotel again.

이곳은 일반적인 호텔과 엄연히 차이가있습니다. 가족끼리 운영하는 이 호텔은 작은규모로 운영되며 손님 한명한명에게 매우 신경쓰기위해 방의 숫자가 적습니다. 호스트인 mehmet은 의사소통에 전혀 문제없으며 숙박기간 내에 이용자의 편의를 최우선 과제로 두고있습니다. 카파도키아 일정을 넉넉히 잡으세요. 이들은 카파도키아에서 구경할것들을 소개시켜줍니다. 유명한곳들은 물론 아직 알려지지않은 숨은 명소들 또한 곳곳에 존재합니다. 이또한 호스트가 친절히 설명해줄것입니다. 이들이 제공하는 조식은 뷔페식이 아닌 아침마다 엄마가 직접 차려주시는 레스토랑 조식이며 숙소의 청결도는 완벽 그 자체입니다. 매일 저녁시간 숯불에서 정성스럽게 끓인 차도 대접받을수 있습니다. 가격대비 매우 합리적입니다. 여행지가 좋아서 다시가고싶은곳은 있어도 숙소가 좋아서 다시가고싶은 호텔은 처음입니다. 완벽히 추천함.

Bebeğimiz için yatak ayirttilar. her ihtiyacimiza çözüm buldular. Kahvaltısida çok güzel ve yeterli. Kapadokya bölgesini bilmeyenler için aracınız varsa her yer 10 -20 dk arası birşey.sakin ve huzurlu bir otel için tercih edebilirsiniz. Mehmet beyede ilgisinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Mehmet was incredibly kind during our stay. He helped arrange a balloon ride and also helped set up a ride to the airport. He quickly responded to any questions. The property itself feels very authentic. It was very clean and is surrounded by grapes vines and pear trees. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Also the breakfast was delicious and the service was prompt. Everything was very professional. I would definitely visit again. For a place like Cappadocia where there are many options to stay, it is the small touches that go a long way. A great example was Mehmet helping us as we left to another hotel by taking all of our luggage in his personal car so we wouldn’t need to get a taxi. Then once we arrived he made sure all of our luggage was accounted for before leaving.

Really nice and cosy place
A truely nice and very cosy hotel, run by a very friendly and wel-spoken owner and his lovely mum. Our host speaks a very good English and is very thoughtful and helps you a lot through your stay. He knows the area like nobody and his recommendations for tours and activities were great! Breakfast is generous! We warmly recommend it for those who want to enjoy Cappadocia!

Uçhisar Capiedra Otel Tercihimizden Mutluyuz
Arkadaş gurubu olarak yaptığımız tatilde, otel yetkilileri oldukça ilgiliydi. Odalarımız temizdi. Kahvaltı oldukça doyurucu ve çeşitliydi. Konum olarak Uçhisar kalesine ve merkezi yerlere yakın olduğundan ulaşım konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Fiyat performans olarak kesinlikle tercih edilesi bir otel. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz.

Great place to stay with perfect staff
Great stay at Mehmet's hotel! Highly recommended for his welcoming and his tips and help to discover this area. Mehmet even drove us to facilitate our hike in the valleys around Uchisar, everything was perfect.

Türkiye'nin bir çok şehrinde otelde konakladım ancak burası kadar ilgili alakalı temiz düzenli ve kahvaltısı güzel bir otel görmedim. İşletme sahibinin ilgi alakası adeta Türkiye'de tek. Bölgeyi gezebilmeniz için çok güzel bir ring güzergah haritası veriyor ve yerler hakkında bilgileri veriyor buda dolu dolu bir tatil geçirmenizi sağlıyor. Otelin bölgeye uygun mimarisi ve özellikle pırıl pırıl oluşu gerçekten harikaydı. Bir daha Kapakdokya bölgesine gidecek olursam kesinlikle başka bir otelde kalmayı düşünmem. Bize sunduğunuz hizmetler için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz.

100% recommendation - great stay
It is a nice, cozy and calm hotel. We enjoyed our vacation very much. Hotel's owner (Mehmet Bey) helped us however he can with any of our questions etc., always being positive. He even prepared for us a vacation plan. Mehmet Bey's mother makes the breakfast every day and it was really good. Uchisar town center is only in 3 minutes walking distance. I would highly recommend here for foreigners looking for a place where they can stay without any hesitation. I and my foreigner girlfriend and two of our other friends (also foreigners) had a very nice vacation here.

Mükemmel misafirperverlik
3 günlük konaklama için gitmiş olduğumuz nevşehirde capiedra hoteli tercih etmenizi öneriyorum özellikle kahvaltısı çalışan kişilerin güler yüzlü olması ve çok temiz ve dinlendirici bir tatil yapmanız en ideal otel olduğunu düşünüyorum

Temiz, huzurlu, güvenli.
Son derece konforlu, tertemiz ve sakin sessiz bir otel. Havaalanından otele ve otelden diğer bölgelere ulaşım kolay ve Mehmet bey gerekli tüm ayarlamalarda yardımcı oluyor. Sayesinde hem daha uygun fiyatla hem daha güvenli yolculuklar yaptım bölgede. Kahvaltıyı terasta servis ediyorlar, sıcacık ve çok lezzetliydi. Bence eksik olan hiç birşey yok. Gönül rahatlığı ile kalabilirsiniz. Otel yerden ısıtmalı, bizim gittiğimiz dönemde akşamları serindi ama oda her zaman çok iyi ısınıyor. Mehmet bey ve ailesi ne çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Sorunsuz ve güzel bir konaklama
Girişten itibaren güler yüzlü karşılama ve hizmet. Gerçekten memnun kaldık. Sessiz ve sakin bir bölge ve otel arayanlar için ideal. Bizimle ilgilenen herkese teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha bölgeyi ziyaret edersek başka yer aramamıza gerek kalmadı.

Die Gastgeber waren Mega freundlich und das Zimmer waren extrem sauber ! Jeder auch nur kleinste Wunsch von uns wurde umgehend erledigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

On üzerinden on
Yorumlara göre gittik. Umduğumuzdan daha iyi bir yer. Aile işletmesi. Daha yeni kapılarını açmış butik otel. Anne ve oğlu mehmet ilgileniyorlar . Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kapadokya bölgesini gezip akşam dinlenmeye geleceğiniz harika bir yer. Pencerenizden uzanıp armut yiyebileceğiniz bir bahçe içinde. Bu arada genç kuzen Eren” ide unutmamak lazım. Kahvaltıyı servis ediyor. Bu tür yerleri tercih edelim ki bizim gibi ailelerin gideceği yerler çoğalsın.

Odalar temiz personel yardımsever güleryüzlü ve elinden geleni yapıyor çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Kahvaltı bol ve yeterli.Resepsiyonist bölgeyi iyi tanıyor gezi konusunda yardımcı oluyor.Yönlendirmeleri gayet iyi.O bölgeye tekrar gitsek tartışmasız burada kalırız.

Kesinlikle şuana kadar geldiğim en şık en temiz ve en konforlu hoteldi. En önemlisi otele geldiğimiz ilk günden son güne kadar gösterdikleri güler yüzlü hizmet idi. Aile tarafından işletilen bu küçük otantik hotelde aradığınız herşeyi bulabilirsiniz

Otel konum olarak merkezi çok temiz ve yeni bir tesis. İişetmeci ana ve oğul çok tatlı insanlar.. Kahvaltısı harika. Yeni bir otel olduğu için tesiste ufak eksiklikler mevcut ama önemsiz..

Otel tertemiz rahat ve merkeze çok yakın. İşletmeciler ise bölge esnafında pek karşılaşamadığımız kadar sıcak kanlı, güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Dört dörtlük bir deneyimdi. Teşekkürler her şey için :)
