“The staff were the highlight of the stay. The room was clean, but I did noticed there may be some mold in the shower. The hotel smelled clean though. The air conditioning worked very well. It was a very hot day. They had free coffee and a water bottle filling fountain which every hotel should have. The value was worth the price for sure!”

I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. “Easy access near interstate, very well maintained facility, with great staff. Room was very nice. Highly recommend!!”

“Tile floor had a slick dry film on it. Fitted bed sheet kept coming off on the corner. Smoke detector on the ceiling is expired past 10 yrs old and may not sense smoke and protect occupants. Staff is very nice and helpful.”

“The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved.”
