“I will have to give this stay a mediocre review. We arrived on Wednesday night, I have to contact the manager for the code to enter. The house looks like the photos with heavy usage. Some examples: the sofa is broken, the gate to the pool is falling off it's hinges, the bedroom downstairs the outlet do not work, the bbq half the burners do not light, curtains falling off the walls..... ect.On Friday morning we have NO hot water !! A handyman came late afternoon and took 3 hours to fix the water...

“The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...

“Incredible staff, perfect atmosphere. Pool was beyond refreshing and the breakfast was well cooked and not overcrowded. Parking was plentiful and everything around was so easily accessible”

“Disappointing. Tv was messed up with a vertical line on the screen. Luckily my wife and I sleep in the same bed because the second bed was beyond acceptable. There were 2 permanent indents with a huge hump in the middle. While it used to be part of the Radisson, they separated it and you have to drive around to the other side of the hotel to go to the bar that’s in the same hotel. Guests were propping doors open to the outside that require a keycard. Several other guests were openly smoking...
