“We had stayed here last year, and the rooms were clean as expected from our previous visit. The only issue we had was that there was no not water. I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. “The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved.”
