“We had a wonderful time visiting New Bern and staying at this apartment. Ideally located in Historic Downtown, we left the car parked and walked everywhere with our dog. We knew that the apartment was pet friendly, but the entire downtown area welcomed us and our fur baby girl. We were allowed to take her into a handful of shops and there were several restaurants or eateries that provided outdoor seating. We were surprised to see that two restaurants we visited offered a four-legged guest menu...
