“The only problem I had was checking out. I split the cost with my sister and only her card got charged for the full amount which caused her card to have a negative balance. Not cool”

“This was our second stay at this hotel and it was wonderful. It is not easy traveling with an 80lb. dog and they make you feel so welcome. The staff is super friendly, they provide a welcome bag for you and for your fur baby. “We did not get the room that we booked through expedia. I can't get any money back for my suite that we booked because we went through a 3rd party. Now, I have to got back to expedia to dispute this because it was their fault. They booked a room that wasn't even available. We didn't know until we got to the hotel. We had to pay for a second room so the others could have room to sleep. They did give us a little discount but still not enough to make up for the amount we spent on the riverview...
