“Best trip ever nice hotel”

“We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around.”

“The Inn is older in the style I remember from summers at the shore. The room was clean, updated and well maintained. Everything was great. The reason I rated 4 out of 5 was because access is to the room is outside. OK for a summer visit when it is light out later in evening. In the dark and stormy dead of winter I would have had issues getting to the second floor.”

“I worked with Ayisha at the front desk to add a day to our stay prior to our arrival. She was very kind and helpful. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights. Following a call from the front desk to report to the front desk after check-in, the issue was resolved. The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. Plenty of parking. “No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave”
