“The first room we got smelled like someone had smoke a pack of cigs in it. Sheets looked like they had poop on them. Switched to another room and the sheets somehow looked even worst! Staff were very friendly on the one bright side. Would highly avoid. We looked at reviews and somehow it said it was clean.”

“We were put on the top floor, elevator was down, our room had unfinished renovations, carpet was peeling back from the wall. The shower water barely came out, it was coming out from the faucet and shower head. The trash outside was overflowing for the first of two days we stayed there.The pool and hot tub both had pieces sticking out in them, my son and daughter got cut and scratched from them. No towels in the pool room either, we had to ask for some. Breakfast was a good 2/10 that is if you...

“It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay.”
