“Our stay was good overall. The rooms were a little musty smelling, couldn’t figure out why. Everything was clean though, no other complaints.”

“Room was clean. Staff was great.”

“Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was never mentioned when I was making the reservation. Towels and facial tissue had not been restocked when we entered our room. Had to call front desk. Not the worst place but next time would spend a little extra for a better place.”

“The room was large, clean, and beautiful. The common areas were similarly large and tastefully decorated. Staff members all over the resort were helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the Casino as well. It was SMOKE FREE, had most of my favorite slot machines, individual craps machines, and a unique complimentary coffee and soft drink self-serve area. We will be back!”

“The ad says that the room slept five. When we got there, there was one king size bed, and one full bed . There were four of us guys and not too many guys want to sleep together in a full-size bed. And the staff said that the king size bed would sleep three. I don’t know too many people that sleep three in a bed. That advertising is deceptive. They didn’t offer to give us any other cots or couches or anything because they didn’t have any.”

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“The check in was awful. Tried to check in at 3pm, as listed. After 20 minutes of waiting, he said it would be ready at 4pm. We came back around 5pm. After another 20 minutes, he handed me a key card. No real communication, just awful all the way around. Not very clean. My son found a spoon next to the bed on the floor. Would not recommend”

“The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel was clean. Huge casino area which was also clean. Loved the free onsite, covered parking. Nice restaurant options at the hotel if you don’t want to go out. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back.”

“The room was kind of dirty the lids in the room had coffee on them the walls were dirty. The blankets and sheets were very disgusting stains and spots all over them The food was eh eggs and sausage patties”

“Hotel standard, camera con tutti i servizi, moquette. Area hall piccola è adibita alla mattina per la colazione poco spazio e pochi tavoli, colazione classifica. Personale cordiale. Comodo ai servizi di ristorazione e centri commerciali. Vicino al Parco nazionale Dune.”
