“The property was extremely clean and taken care of. The only pleasant employees we came across was a pool bartender guy and front desk guy. Everyone else seemed like they did not enjoy being there and did the bare minimum for working in hospitality to try and help us. Food was ok at best. Casino dealers were lacking a personality which made the gambling experience not that fun. Very strict alcohol policy - no drinking on the casino floor and all alcohol drinks have to be paid for. “Poor bathroom drain. Refrigerator not cold with no freezer.”

“Perks: great breakfast, pool, hot tub, and room. Cons: Terrible fitness area with a broken treadmill and a couple of dumbbells. It was incredibly small and could only fit one or two people at a time. Also the side doors were not working so we had to walk around the building to unload all of our stuff. I'll probably pick somewhere else next time.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in , the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on our trips to Albuquerque.”

“The front desk her name was Nancy. She was very kind to us, when my boyfriend and I went down there to mention about the toilet not flushing she gave us another room and not just any room a suit which she didn't have to do but she did it anyway and that was so sweet of her. I hope our next stay has Nancy because she was just amazing! Not to mention she also gave us a night free for our next stay which was so nice of her. Thanks to Nancy our stay was wonderful! “Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.”

“Nothing personal against the staff, but this place was sub-par even by La Quinta standards. Stayed four nights and no one ever came to empty the trash or replenish our towels. The hotel wasn’t terribly filthy, but there were stains in the shower and on the carpet. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the a/c worked pretty well. The breakfast consisted of bread/bagels that didn’t seem to change from day to day, hard boiled eggs, Fruit Loops, and a waffle maker. Had the waffle maker been out...

“The room was decent, good for the price, above average overall. The room was basically good, bathroom very clean, but the corners were a little run down, but not nasty. Air conditioner struggled, but worked and it was quiet and safe. The woman working the desk was incredibly helpful and very nice.”

“The staff here are so nice and helpful. The food at the bistro is always great, nice bar, nice courtyard to sit outside and eat/drink/chat. Rooms are spacious. Convenient to everything - but not too much highway noise!”

“In our room the bathroom outlet did not work and that was the only mirror so it was hard to do my hair. The lights worked when you wiggled the switch. The floor’s wooden tiles were messed up, the ice machine wasn’t working and the front desk agent that checked us in did not allow me to change my form of payment. I would not stay here again.”
