“Stains all throughout hallways. Bathroom missing towel bars which were ripped out of the wall. No one at front desk for 10-20 minutes at check in. The whole place could use a good cleaning.”

“We loved the new-appearing room design, and especially the modern-looking bathroom (the shower door was a really cool curved glass slide door). Staff was very friendly. Downside: breakfast was an extra cost, ala carte style, expensive, and ran out of what I wanted on their limited menu. Besides that, I’d go here again.”

I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). In addition, in our bathroom I found the shower fixture loose on the wall and an incorrectly installed electric outlet (a large gap between the wall and the fixture). The establishment was...
