“While the hotel is rather dated, this family owned establishment was clean and relatively well maintained.
The linens seemed to be bamboo sheets - astonishingly soft and luxurious. The towels were snow white and soft.
Check-in was quick and friendly. The heat had no problem keeping the room warm and toasty in spite of the 61°F drop in temperature - from 75° at 2 pm to 14°F come morning.
Should the owners do a few improvements, this room would ribal rooms that I have spent three times as much...

“We have stayed at Hermann Crown Suites twice, and both times, it has been a perfect stay. The rooms are clean, well furnished, the complimentary breakfast is great, there are free drink tickets for the bar, and the staff are all very nice. The location is great to get to other parts of the town, and it really feels like a historic and still very current hub for the town.”

“Overall experience was beyond our expectation. Sometimes outside impressions can be deceiving. Very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.
