“I really enjoyed my time at this property. This is a very nice location. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very nice and also the food at the restaurants are very good. I only have one complaint about this place, which is a pretty legitimate complaint. So basically I spilled a soda on the table and I used the towel to clean up my spill and of course the soda was a Pepsi so the towel is now brown because I had to clean up the spill and they charged me eight dollars/500 pesos because the...

“Every time I travel, I would book this hotel. Clean, safe and close to lots of restaurants. Staffs are friendly and really good breakfast selection.”

“Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future”

“Room with mold in the bathroom especially around the shower ! Reception staff needs to trained and develop the sense of urgency! Took 20 minutes for the check out! Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! Maintenance of the rooms pretty shabby ”

“室内は広く、清潔で快適に過ごせました。ケソン・メモリアル・サークルへのアクセスも良く、早朝のジョギングを楽しめました。シャワーの使い方がよくわからず、初日のみ水シャワーでしたが、その後は操作の仕方を習得し、お湯シャワーを使うことが出来ました。排水も水圧も問題なしです。住所の表示が、近くの他のホテルを示している為、Grabを利用すると近くのホテルが降車・乗車ポイントでした。コンビニエンスストアが近くにあり、便利でした。”
