“Room and common areas were clean and updated. Mattress was too firm. Ac fan was too loud. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I heard other guests say this is the BEST Best Western and I tend to agree.”

“From the front desk, with Michaela, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed, to Ethan who waited on me at the rooftop bar, to Stephanie, who cared for us for any amenities needed. Patrick the manager, who should be congratulated on leading such a wonderful hotel with his amazing staff. I have never felt so important with the staff who took care of our party.”

“Very clean and spacious room. The top floor felt very private despite being in a shared inn. The breakfasts were fantastic! And you can't beat the location if your plans are around downtown Wilmington.”

“We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. ”

“No hassle parking for $15/day. Decent breakfast options including yogurt with toppings, eggs, a meat, & a side. We thought the front desk staff were especially congenial & friendly. Perfect riverview from room & updated bathroom. Did miss having a microwave in room though. ”
