Cottage a New Haven

“Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was clean and comfortable. Was not impressed with the swim pool. The surface was made of a material that was very slippery. Made it very difficult to get in and out for me and my wife. We are early senior citizens. VERY SLIPPERY!!”

“It was dirty put towel on bottom of bathtub to take a shower floors were filthy our socks were black and feet no bugs had to ask for towels and wash clothes and toilet paper and they barely gave us what we needed never go there again”

“The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side.”
