“This is definitely not your conventional vacation place to stay - a working farm, log cabin portions, modern kitchen appliances hidden in plain sight behind old farmhouse cabinets, eclectic decor that you can spend hours browsing and looking at so many unique items. “Rented as home base to attend a conference in Hermann, MO. Jealous of friend who got to stay as much as desired while I had to leave for the conference. Host is very welcoming and obviously loves hosting, providing amazing breakfasts and proud of the property and views she gets to share. My dog was quite welcome and loved the chance to be outside “in the wild”. It was trees on the river bluff but more wild than her usual haunts. Can’t wait to go back again!”
