“A lot of deferred maintenance here -- from the stairs to the upper floor desperately needing paint to broken electrical outlet covers. Clean but generally grubby. A four drawer dresser, top drawer missing, that no overnight guest will use, but no rod or hooks to hang anything. Shower barely warm enough to use -- certainly not a good hot shower. No good space to put anything down in the bathroom -- stylish vanity, but stupid. Bright light between the beds -- impossible to use if one wants to...

“The Wilder House Berkshires is a lovely inn with helpful, friendly staff and delicious food! My well-appointed room (#1) was spacious, the bedding was luxurious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a roomy shower. All amenities in the room seemed to be recently re-done. Laura, the inn-keeper, was especially friendly and chatty! Her breakfasts were wonderful with a choice of options.
