The staff was great. Great facilities. They even had Thanksgiving Dinner Thursday evening !!!!

Most of the staff was nice.. The property and my room was not as described or pictured.. My balcony, if you could call it that was more narrow than my closet, your elbows touched concrete walls when you sat down at a table that was as short as your chair.. I was supposed to have a sitting area in my room but there wasn’t one..

WV Folk Are Grand
This property is in a small town and the staff treat everyone like a neighbor, must be a West Virginia thing. Every place in we have stayed in WV is like this, they're just nice folks. The hotel staff could not have made us feel anymore welcome than they did. The hotel was close to capacity yet the rooms and property are very clean.

Won't be back
The stay was not enjoyable, there was a dog barking the whole time in a room across the hall. The bathroom needed cleaned better. The shower was dirty and there was something (maybe feces) on the side of the sink where the toilet paper roll is. And there was pee on the back of the toilet.

I purchased a room with 2 queen beds and when I arrived they gave me a room with 1 king bed and did not have a room with 2 queen beds

Good hotel good price.
We were in New Martinsville for the Back Home Music Festival. This location was great for the festival. The hotel and stay was wonderful had no issues until 24hours after check out when the hotel charged me a $250 fine for smoking in a room that we did not smoke in. Yes 2 of the 3 guests in this room were smokers, who went outside to smoke regularly while at the hotel. They emptied their portable ash tray in the trash and never smoked in the room. Hotel House Keeping Claimed the room had to be deep cleaned cause it smelt of smoking. The house keepers went in the room as we walked out rite after disposing of the ash trays on the way out. I was able to get the $250 back but warn any one else do not dispose of your cigarette butts in the hotel trash cans, they prefer them littered on the grounds instead of guests doing the rite thing I guess.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Ms. Maxine, front desk, is the sweetest most helpful lady. I love Ms. Maxine and would stay again because she is so nice.

Have stayed here before. Very nice hotel chain. My only complaint was the towels were very scratchy. Too much bleach, I'd say. At least invest in some slightly thicker towels!

Very very clean hotel. The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty! Bed stay in a hotel I have had in ages. Nicley done!
