“It was smaller than the pictures showed, no AC at all, and the only bathroom is downstairs and it's small. It was a great place for my honeymoon, but wasn't expecting it to look so run down. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated, just small for my taste, the hot tub was really nice, although the jets were messed up and not working half of the time. “This was the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever been. The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned- maybe in months. The brita water filter hadn’t been changed in so long that the water was cloudy. The main burner on the stove was filthy, and had exposed wires to the point where if we’d have cooked on it, it’s definitely a fire hazard. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night because of the conditions. Communication was good w management until I told them we left early and why. They have failed to respond to my...
