“There were bugs in the bathroom. The room had vinyl flooring instead of carpet! The breakfast menu was very limited, the chars in the breakfast area were not comfortable - cheap vinyl, the table hight was too high. The rooms were recently refreshed but very, very cheaply done! NOT a good value!”

“We arrived to see the fire dept blocked both hotel drive entrances. We waited an hour with no word. A fire dept vehicle left freeing the drive, so we drove in the lot. We were immediately stopped and directed to evacuate- still no word from the hotel. I went up and asked a fire dept official what is happening, a has leak. An hour later I canceled reservation and went to another hotel.”

“Pros: The room was very clean, as well as the property. A great place to stay when planning for an early flight. Shuttle services to the airport as well. Price was good for the area. Cons: Room lighting was a bit odd. The bathroom light was tied to the vanity (outside the bathroom). So if you have someone with you that wants to continue resting while you shower, you blast the room with super bright light, sleep not happening! The shuttle services need tuning. “Overall good stay. Facilities nice. Pool closed one day for event. That was disappointing. We did get a room voucher as I shared my concern. Staff for the most part were not friendly. Not that helpful. Didn’t even tell us about shuttle that was for music festival. Just not friendly.”
