“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”

“Everything was good but we didn’t have soup, shampoo, towels. The people from the hotel was great and gave us everything that we needed. She was very nice!!”
