We were moved to another room on the 2nd floor. The room was odor-free but seemed to be present in many areas of the premises as we made our way to the 2nd floor. ”

“AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY. We walked back from dinner to see a stranger looking at us from the balcony before ducking right back into our room. The front desk clerk tried to lie and claim it was a "mix-up," but we overheard them warning the guy in Spanish: "oh, they saw you, come back down, did you get anything?" The thief stole one bag but panicked and fled, leaving his hoodie and beer on our bed. We called 911 and the police had to escort us to our car so we could safely flee. The staff is...
