Chalet a New Milton

“Loved: facilities, staff, food fantastic. Spa wonderful but some minor repairs required. Nothing to detract from our stay. Enjoyed tasting menu with wine flight and also James Martin’s restaurant. All in all a great stay, would definitely like to return”

“We had a fabulous stay at The Cliff and couldn’t fault a thing. Room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, newly refurbished bathroom, lovely toiletries and a well stocked tea tray. There was even Homemade shortbread for us to enjoy. The food we had in both the bar and in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast freshly cooked to order. Staff were so friendly, efficient and helpful. We can’t highly recommend The Cliff highly enough, perfect stay all round, thank you ☺️”

“Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.”

“Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities.”

“Superb location and grounds and staff very responsive and helpful . Room we stayed in was of a high standard and very comfortable. Breakfast was taken in the impressive main building. One issue that recurred on a few mornings was the slow replenishment of Drinks and food at the buffet area , This happened during higher throughput of people and subsequently some waiting around, Simple Logistic planning would resolve.”

“Lovely hotel away from the town. Small indoor pool, larger outdoor pool and lovely grounds. It was quite stuffy in the room, but it was very hot weather. Breakfast was excellent!”

“We had an excellent 2 night stay. It helped that our room was at the back of the hotel because Lyndhurst high street is very busy. We ate both nights in the restaurant and had two very good meals. The staff were excellent, particularly Josh and Lucy who were both very friendly and attentive. Would recommend the hotel if you’re looking for somewhere in the centre of the town.”
