The Space:
This is a beautiful brand new build that’s close to it all. Get right on the interstate to New Orleans or bring your own kayak and spend time in the water near the house.
Guest Access:
Each guest will have access to the garage for parking, and the entire house. Before arrival you will be able to download an app to create your own key code access specific to you only. Each code is deleted after check out.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines
Pets: Only approved pets are allowed. Pets must stay off furniture, and all waste must be picked up and properly disposed of outside. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee per animal. Any indoor accidents will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee (or full cleaning cost with receipt).
Parties & Gatherings: No parties or gatherings are allowed. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed. No additional visitors.
Noise & Music: Please keep noise to a minimum. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
Smoking & Substances: No indoor smoking of tobacco, vapes, or marijuana. Guests may smoke on the porch only, and all waste must be properly disposed of. Smoking or using illegal substances at the gazebo or benches is strictly prohibited. Please use the porch instead, as the neighbor’s bedroom is directly above and can be disturbed late at night.
BBQ Grills: Grills must be placed at least 10 feet from the house.
Parking: Parking is limited to the driveway and garage. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes.
Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee. Staying past the agreed check-out time will incur the applicable late check-out charge.

I’m easily reachable throughout your stay. Guests are welcome to call, text, or message me directly through the Airbnb app if you need anything at all. I’m happy to help and want to make sure you have a smooth and comfortable stay.
