    The stylish, raised interior features an open floor plan designed for family gatherings and equipped with all the comforts of home. Plan at-home meals with ease in the stainless steel kitchen equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the Smart TV or head out for a nightcap on the breezy, private balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

    The primary suite features a large walk-in closet and a private en-suite equipped with a separate tub and shower. The second guest room also features an en-suite bathroom. A third bathroom is located in the hall for household use. All three bedrooms include their own Smart TV.

This two unit duplex was clean and close to whatever you want to do in NOLA. The three bathroom and bedrooms was perfect for our group of four. The kitchen/dining/living room open space was great. This was the lower level of the two unit duplex so during the day we heard the activities of the upper level. Also this unit did not have access to the balcony as mentioned in the description.

We stayed here for Jazzfest and although it’s not super close, you could still walk/bike easily to the festival. It’s also walking distance to a Whole Foods. Nice classic New Orleans neighborhood.

Great Location!

Conveniently located between city park/fair grounds and the French Quarter, this place was perfect for our group of 3 attending jazz fest.

We loved staying here. We were able to walk to Whole Foods, use the greenway to walk to the quarter, and walk to Parkway Bakery for po boys. The table was perfect for games, and we easily logged in to Netflix to watch movies. We were bummed that there was no coffee in the unit but there was a convenience store a block away. The neighbors were super nice, and we even got invited to a block party! We would definitely stay there again

Amazing Stay!!!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Plenty of space for teenagers too. Communication was excellent, and was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The property is perfectly clean, looks brand new! Location is just 1 mile from the jazz fest, and a couple of blocks from a Whole Foods.

The home is immaculate, great amentities, good location, plenty of space and qonderfully decorated. The biggest issue is parking, there is only space for one car and its not a promised space. If you park and Uber everywhere like we did its not an issue but if you drive it could get tricky.

Relaxing in New Orleans

Amazing place to stay in New Orleans. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. The only "issue" was the parking, challenging but not impossible. The three rooms were clean and spacious with bathrooms the same. The moment we walked in, you can smell the cleanliness of the place. Minutes from New Orleans nightlife but far enough to get a relaxing sleep.

This house was amazing and beyond my expectations. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very upscale with the latest appliances. The lighting was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and upscale! I was able to contact the host with no delay. The location was close to everything we needed. I highly recommend it. I would choose to stay here again and again.

Nice home and great location

My party and I enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location to where every place we decided to go to was 10-15 min drive. We had a few issues with the WiFi and check in but was able to resolve the issue fairly quick as the property manager was very responsive to assist. Overall we felt the property was great for our needs.

Good Stay

The house was nice. Needs more furniture, not enough seating for 6 adults. Long term rental neighbors upstairs was very load, we thought they was coming thru the ceiling. Other than that was a good stay.

Lovely Nola Getaway

Wow, home was super spacious! Better than expected. Neighborhood was safe, store right across the street and not far from bourbon street. The host was super accommodating and answered on the first call at check in! 3bd and 3 full bath! Definitely recommend! Washer machine, clean towels,sheets and good living room mirror for us picture takers

Perfect

Had a slight issue when checking in as far as the code provided. Owner was quick to reach out and get it corrected and we got in with no issues after that! Def will stay again 10/10. Will def stay again when I come back to Nola
