Questa bella casa con 5 camere da letto si trova a pochi minuti da New Orleans, La. È il luogo di vacanza perfetto se stai cercando di scappare, rilassarti e rilassarti. È perfetto anche se stai cercando un momento divertente in famiglia. Questa casa ha tutti i comfort che puoi immaginare con un campo da tennis full size, una piscina, un ampio cortile con un lago per andare in barca e kayak.

Questa bella casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro commerciale di Slidell, ottimi ristoranti, teatri e negozi a pochi minuti di distanza, eppure sembra che tu sia fuggito su un'isola lontana lontano da tutto.

Qualunque sia il tuo piacere, che si tratti di canoa, kayak o pesca, puoi farlo direttamente sul nostro lago. Una canoa insieme a giubbotti di salvataggio e pagaie, due kayak sono forniti per il vostro piacere. Se vuoi solo rilassarti e rilassarti in privato, sedersi a bordo piscina è il posto perfetto per sedersi, magari leggere un buon libro e godersi il tramonto.

La tana, la sala da pranzo e la cucina sono a pianta aperta con tv a grande schermo. La casa consiste anche in quella che chiamiamo "una sala per le feste che include il suono surround stereo dentro e fuori e una vista tutto vetro dell'intero cortile che si affaccia sulla piscina, sul lago, sul campo da tennis e sui meravigliosi paesaggi della natura. Questa camera include anche un bar full size in cui è possibile sedersi e sorseggiare un drink con la famiglia e gli amici e godere di bei toni. O se sei dell'umore giusto per ballare, c'è abbastanza spazio per l'intero equipaggio per goderti la danza di linea ecc. La master suite è completamente privata con un letto King California e ha una porta scorrevole in vetro per l'accesso diretto al cortile. Il bagno principale ha una bellissima grande vasca idromassaggio circondata da tutti gli specchi di vetro. Il bagno principale comprende anche una cabina doccia che ha un bagno turco costruito all'interno !! La serena seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con belle doppie porte francesi. La 3a camera da letto / ufficio divertente è completa con un letto matrimoniale e splendidi ripiani in legno. Ha una bellissima vista sul cortile. Ogni camera è arredata con un grande schermo tv e lenzuola di lusso.

Super Bowl Trip

Amazing home with awesome amenities!

The property is even better then advertised! Amazing house withe a pool, tennis/basketball court, game room, and more! Check in and check out process with the honeowner couldnt have gone smoother with the nicest people! Easy 10 out of 10 and we WILL be staying here again when in town

The stay was ok, not great

Pro's 1. Location. Close to stores & interstate. 2. Quiet neighborhood. 3. Safe area. Nice neighborhood, not a lot of traffic. 4. Spacious home. Plenty of parking & easy access. 5. Pool & hot tub were clean & well maintained. 6. Owner was friendly. 7. Comfortable beds. 8. Air conditioners work well. Con's 1. Home is dated. In dire need of updating.Toilet paper holders rusting. Towels with holes. Picturesque windows overlooking pool & pond damaged & hazed- can't see through. Comforters stored on the floor in the closet. 2. Entire house needs a deep cleaning. Someone needs to get in the corners, everywhere, a deep cleaning in the kitchen, carpets (also need tightening) bathrooms & furniture fabric- all dirty. 3. Some faucets in the kitchen & bathrooms have build up or broken. 4. Mold in bathroom 5. Seals around doors are worn & inadequate. Bugs easily enter, especially at night. Older home but has potential. It's easy to see where additions to the house were made. For example, you have to enter the master bedroom through an adjoining bedroom. There isn't a door to the main bedroom from the hall. The dishwasher was broken. The owner answered right away when we called Friday morning but a repairman didn't come Friday or Saturday, we left Sunday. We had a quick walk through but didn't walk around inspecting the entire home when we first arrived, noting all things that were wrong. Now I know that when using VRBO, take pictures while there & complain during stay.

weekend visit with friends and family

We had a gathering of 7 friends and family (4 adults and 3 teens) that wanted to all stay in the same location. The beds were clean and comfortable. Three full bathrooms had hot water for every shower. They provided plenty of towels, wash cloths, pool towels, and extra bedding if needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool/hot tub was clean. The kayaks were a bit hit - along with feeding the turtles and fish in the pond. Everything was as pictured, The owners were very easy to communicate with- he met us at the house to show us how to use the hot tub etc and give us the key. They were very helpful and polite.

Lots to do

We visited with our 3 kids (10-15 yo) and had a great time. The house was clean and spacious, and our kids loved kayaking and fishing on the pond and swimming in the pool. The pool was sparkling clean and the dive board was a huge hit. There are loads of clean towels and plenty of basic cleaning items. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was exactly like the pictures.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Mr.Ferdinand made the check in process very easy. The property is well taken care of and provided many of the necessities that we needed. If you need anything else,the stores and restaurants were literally down the street. We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect place for our 2 families. A little over a half hour drive into the city. We spent a couple of days just hanging out in the pool and almost every night in the hot tub. Ferdinand was a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with. Nothing in New Orleans could replicate the amenities offered with this home. The kids, both 16 found plenty of things to keep them interested. Pool and Ping Pong tables got plenty of use. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely great!

Greats host, easy check-in. Host met us at property on arrival to give us a tour, explain the heating/cooling, the pool and hot tub operation, and answer any questions. Property is huge and in great shape. Myself and 3 business associates stayed, each of us requiring a separate bedroom. Not only did we have separate bedrooms, there are 3 well appointed bathrooms, porch/bar area, formal dining room, tv room, and seating poolside. We enjoyed the clean pool as well as the attached hot tub to relax in after long work events. We will definitely stay here every time we are in town!

This place was amazing. The owner, Ferdinand was so nice and courteous. He showed us around the estate upon arrival. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine for my birthday. The wine was so good. My friends and I will definitely recommend this beautiful clean home.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Our experience was amazing. The property was gorgeous and exactly & described. The place is spacious, the amenities are well thought out. So much to do! The host was amazing and made himself available to us during our stay for questions & suggestions. The neighborhood was nice & quiet, it felt like we were the only ones on the block. This will be the only place I book when visiting the area.

Volleyball

I brought my senior & jr. Volleyball players to go shopping . This property was perfect. The girls enjoyed the pool, hot tub & tennis. Very spacious and close to everything.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful home. This house had everything we needed, for our family. Plenty of space for the kids to play, and things to keep them entertained. This property is in a nice quiet location, while still conveniently located near, stores and dining options. The owners were very prompt and answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!

Exactly as described. Loved the house and the property! So spacious and plenty of room. Loved the pool and hot tub, very relaxing! The pond with the ducks and turtles was so much fun feeding them. Ferdinand was very informative and gave us a tour of the house and listings of restaurants and things to do in the area. Husband is in a wheelchair and was able to maneuver most of the house without difficulty. Will definitely be interested in booking again.
